My current objective is to foster the understanding of thermodynamics and statistical physics from the microscopic perspective of quantum mechanics.

Besides, I have studied the Dicke model, a paradigmatic model coming from quantum optics that, due to its richness and simplicity, can be employed to study several features, like quantum phase transitions, the quantum classical-correspondence, the onset of quantum chaos, and the unitary dynamics out of equilibrium.
